We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in Jefferson County

Prime time for flooding: Current to 600 PM.

Forecast rainfall: Moderate to strong thunderstorms will have the potential to produce rainfall rates of 0.4-1.0" in 10-30 minutes. A strong/slower moving or stationary thunderstorm may result in heavy rainfall rates of up to 2.0" in 45-60 minutes.
