We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in the following
counties: JEFFERSON, DENVER, ARAPAHOE

Forecast rainfall: Strong thunderstorms have developed across the
southern portions of the District and are producing heavy rain and
hail. Storms have the potential to produce rainfall amounts of
0.25”-0.75” total in 10-30 minutes.
A slow-moving thunderstorm or a large thunderstorm complex may result
in up to 1.00” of rain in up to 60 minutes.

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring in Jefferson County, Denver County, Arapahoe County, and
Lakewood. Excessive runoff and flooding of small streams and low-lying
areas may occur. Strong thunderstorms may also contain large hail,
gusty winds, and frequent cloud-to-ground lightning.
