I could not see thru my front glass door, which faces east, because the rain was hitting it (and eventually as mixed with some hail). When I looked out my back door the rain was at about a 30 degree angle; and 'groups' of rain swirling around in different directions. It stopped briefly; and rain restarted at 2:17pm and last maybe another 1/2 hour. -- my property dirt was bald with the rain washing some of it away, but it was not muddy (it ran downhill). my small stream had about 4" of water running rapidly thru it (about 10-12" wide).
