URGENT - WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Denver/Boulder CO
350 PM MDT Wed May 8 2019
...Freezing Temperatures Still Possible Thursday Night...
.The cold storm system that will produce a mix of rain and
snowfall across northeast Colorado tonight and Thursday will
create the possibility of temperatures dropping to the lower 30s
Thursday night and Friday morning. As the storm system moves out
of the state Thursday afternoon, rain and snow shower activity
will decrease and skies will become partly cloudy. This will allow
for pockets of cold temperatures to develop through radiational
cooling. Overnight lows between 30 and 34 degrees will be possible
across northeast Colorado, which may cause damage to sensitive
vegetation, and may cause bridges and overpasses to become icy.
