PHILLIPS COUNTIES UNTIL 830 PM MDT...
At 800 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Highland Center, or 18 miles west of Holyoke, moving north at 40 mph.
Half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this
storm.
Locations impacted include...
Haxtun, Paoli, Fairfield and Highland Center.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Prepare for sudden gusty winds. Secure loose objects and move to a
safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
