PRIORITY DISSEMINATION RECOMMENDED
We have determined that low impact flooding is likely in the following
counties: BOULDER (CITY OF BOULDER AFFECTED, FOUR MILE BURN AREA NOT
AFFECTED), BROOMFIELD
including:

Forecast rainfall: Moderate rain showers will have the potential to
produce rainfall rates of 0.4-0.8" in 10-30 minutes and 1.0-1.4" in an
hour. Weak thunderstorms will have the potential to produce rainfall
rates of 0.4-1.2" in 10-30 minutes and up to 2" in 45-60 minutes.

open space areas/campgrounds/parks; floodplain properties; utilities

Additional Information: Excessive runoff is imminent or already
occurring over portions of Boulder and Broomfield Counties. It may not
take as much rain today to produce excessive runoff as the ground is
saturated in many areas and smaller creeks and streams are still
running high from rain yesterday and overnight.
