The National Weather Service in Denver Colorado has issued a
* Flood Advisory for...
Central Boulder County in northeastern Colorado...
* Until 1130 PM MDT.
* At 931 PM MDT, gauges along Lefthand Canyon indicate minor
flooding. Heavy rainfall has ended, however up to two inches of

Gulch. Water will continue to run downstream with emergency
management reporting mudflows along Lefthand Canyon Drive.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of
creeks and streams, roads and roadside culverts. The heavy rains
could also trigger rock slides or debris flows in steep terrain.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
