...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northeastern Park
and southwestern Jefferson Counties through 130 PM MDT...
At 1252 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm
capable of producing a landspout tornado 6 miles northeast of
Tarryall Reservoir, or 43 miles southwest of Denver, moving southeast
at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Landspouts possible, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and nickel
size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Landspout tornadoes can damage mobile homes, roofs,
vehicles, and trees. Outdoor objects may be tossed about.
Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Bailey and Wellington Lake.
