* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations between 6 and 16 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55
mph.
* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass.
* WHEN...From Noon today to Midnight MDT Tuesday Night. The heaviest
snow will fall this evening.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult due to snow and blowing
snow.
