At 159 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms capable of producing a landspout tornado along a line extending from 6 miles south of Shawnee to near Westcreek, or along a line extending from 86 miles southwest of Greeley to 28 miles northwest of Colorado Springs.
