Areas of shallow fog over the northern urban corridor from Boulder
north to Wellington, east out to Greeley are impacting visibility
this morning. Drivers should use caution in this area as visibility
is being reduced to half a mile or more. Strong winds expected
within the next couple hours will scour this fog out. Therefore
expect impacts to visibility to begin improving by 10 AM.

Fort Collins, Greeley, northern Thornton, northeastern Westminster,

At 552 PM MDT, the public reported a landspout tornado at at Denver
International Airport. Conditions continue to favor the potential
for landspouts as storms develop; however at this time it is unknown
which if any storm would produce a landspout. Any landspouts which
develop are expected to pose a limited threat.
Locations impacted include...
Northeastern Denver International Airport and Bennett.
Landspout tornadoes can form with a developing thunderstorm before
rain, hail, and even thunder is observed. Landspout tornadoes are not
usually associated with a wall cloud and are often difficult to
detect with weather radar.
