* Winds...South to southwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
except gusts up to 60 mph over the higher terrain.
* Timing...Sunday afternoon, then again on Monday afternoon.
* Relative Humidity...As low as 13 percent.
* Impacts...Conditions will be favorable for the rapid ignition,
growth, and spread of fires
