At 209 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
southern Aurora, or 14 miles southeast of Denver, moving northeast at
20 mph.
Very heavy rain, up to one inch in less than 30 minutes, along with
winds up to 40 mph will be possible with this storm. Minor street
flooding can also be expected.
Locations impacted include...
Aurora, Centennial, northeastern Highlands Ranch, northwestern
Parker, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Bennett, Watkins, Manila
Village, Arapahoe Park, Strasburg and Buckley AFB.
