* Winds...West 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* Timing...11 AM this morning to 8 PM MDT this evening
* Relative Humidity...As low as 8 percent.
* Impacts...Conditions will be favorable for ignition and rapid
growth and spread of fires.
