* Until 800 PM MDT.
* At 605 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1
and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Thunderstorms remain stationary
over the area.
* Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Thurman.
Locations between Anton and Thurman are the most likely place to
experience minor flooding. This includes the following streams and
drainages...
North Fork Arikaree River, Arikaree River and Gordon Creek.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area.
This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
