shortly.

thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.2
and 0.4 inches of rain have fallen.
* Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Drake, Cedar Cove, Masonville and Horsetooth Mountain.
This includes the following additional locations...
Moondance Way, Stringtown Gulch, Big Bear, Lower Buckhorn on County
Road 27 above Masonville, Crystal Mountain and Storm Mountain.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Heavy Rainfall will cause minor flooding of creeks and streams,

* Until 300 AM MDT.
* At 1038 PM MDT, Local law enforcement reported several roads are
being flooded across eastern Phillips county, including Highway 6
east of Holyoke. Between 4 and 8 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are possible in the
warned area. Life threatening flash flooding is already occurring.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
roads, and low lying areas.

Holyoke, Amherst and Pleasant Valley.

Avoid driving tonight due to many roads being flooded. Some roads
may wash out. It is very difficult to recognize these dangers of
flooding at night.
If you live in a low lying area or a flood prone area, you need to
monitor water levels tonight and seek higher ground if flooding is

heavy rain across the warned area. Between 3 and 6 inches of rain
have fallen with locally higher amounts. Flash flooding is ongoing
in Holyoke with Main Street flooded. Flooding is likely far worse
southeast of Holyoke where the heaviest rain has fallen.
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
roads, and low lying areas.
