through 245 PM MDT...
At 217 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rocky Flats, or 16 miles northwest of Denver, moving northeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Northern Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Boulder, western Broomfield,
western Wheat Ridge, Lafayette, northwestern Golden, Louisville,
Superior, Rocky Flats, Eldorado Springs and White Ranch Open Space.

At 201 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles east of Peetz to 4 miles east of St
Petersburg, or along a line extending from 13 miles south of Sidney
to 22 miles west of Holyoke. Movement was north at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
