extending from 4 miles southeast of Lodgepole to 7 miles southeast
of Highland Center, or along a line extending from 6 miles west of
Chappell to 14 miles southwest of Holyoke, moving northeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

* Affected Area...Fire Weather Zones 216, 238, 239, 240, 241,

* Timing...Winds will become strong and late morning into early
afternoon Friday, and then remain strong through the early
evening hours. Humidities will plunge during this time as well.
* Winds...South 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.
* Relative Humidity...As low as 8 percent.
* Impacts...Any fire that starts will have the potential to
spread rapidly, and would be difficult if not impossible to
