- At 920 AM MDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in
the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Highway 144
remains closed between Morgan County roads 14 and 16.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
South Platte River and Bijou Creek.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
mainly rural areas of West Central Morgan County
