* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast Colorado, including the following
county, Weld.
* WHEN...Until 1100 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 748 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
1 and 1.2 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Northern Thornton, Brighton, Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Fort
Lupton, Lochbuie, Dacono, Hudson, Keenesburg, Todd Creek and
