a line extending from 11 miles north of Genoa to 11 miles northeast
of Kutch to 9 miles north of Rush, or along a line extending from 21
miles northwest of Flagler to 14 miles south of Limon to 35 miles
east of Colorado Springs. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.
