Between 0.2 and 0.4 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1 inch in 30 minutes. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar may result in debris flow moving through the Upper Buckhorn and Lower Buckhorn Creek drainage.
