The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Thursday morning through Thursday evening. * Affected Area...Fire Weather Zone 247. * Timing...Afternoon/early evening both Wednesday and Thursday. * Winds...On Wednesday, west-northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph. On Thursday, west 15 to 20 mph with gusts to 35 mph. * Relative Humidity...11 to 15 percent. * Impacts...Any fire that develops will have the potential to spread rapidly.
