At 714 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 3 miles northeast of Hugo to 4 miles southwest of Boyero to 3 miles southeast of Wild Horse Point, or along a line extending from 16 miles southeast of Limon to 52 miles west of Cheyenne Wells to 38 miles north of La Junta.
