Colorado...
Fraser River from Winter Park to Granby affecting Grand County.
.Warm temperatures will continue the snow melt in the Upper Colorado
River Basin into early next week. Snow melt runoff will start to
slowly decrease early next week. Additional rainfall may increase
flows.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Caution is urged when recreating or walking near rivers or creeks.
Rivers are flowing very high and fast and will continue into early
next week.

* WHERE...Colorado River above Grand Lake.
* WHEN...Until early Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Considerable lowland flooding occurs with
trails and foot bridges along and crossing the river flooded.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:25 AM MDT Friday the stage was 7.6 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will oscillate below flood stage with
a maximum value of 7.8 feet Sunday evening.
- Action stage is 7.6 feet.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

* WHERE...Fraser River from Winter Park to Granby. Also, Along the
St Louis and Ranch Creeks.
* WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Water approaches buildings, floods yards
and begins to impact streets close to the river in Winter Park.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 11:00 AM MDT Friday the stage was 2.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 3.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will oscillate below flood stage with
a maximum value of 2.9 feet overnight. Additional rainfall
later today could increase the river stage.
- Action stage is 2.7 feet.
- Flood stage is 3.0 feet.
