...The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a Flood Advisory
for the following rivers in Colorado...
Blue River below Dillon affecting Summit County.
.The Blue River below Dillon Reservoir will rise over bankfull today.
This will cause minor flooding of low lying areas next to the river
in and near Silverthorne. It is possible the river could rise to 3.8
feet Wednesday. Flood stage is 4 feet.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Persons with interests along these rivers are urged to use caution.
Avoid flooded areas and stay clear of river banks that could become
unstable due to the high flows.

* Impact...At 3.7 feet...Water approaches yards in the South 40
Subdivision in northern Silverthorne and walkways along the Blue
River in Silverthorne.
