Central Grand County in north central Colorado... * Until 245 PM MDT. * At 120 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms in the western portion of the East Troublesome Burn Area. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 0.1 and 0.3 inches of rain have fallen. * Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... western portions of the East Troublesome Burn area in Central Grand County Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.2 inches are expected over the area.
