At 243 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of showers producing wind gusts up to 55 mph along a line extending from 8 miles south of Hutton Lake to 13 miles north of Parshall, or along a line extending from 20 miles southwest of Laramie to 70 miles east of Craig.
