Between 0.2 and 0.3 inches of rain have fallen. * Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... the northeastern portions of the East Troublesome Burn area in Eastern Grand County Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.3 inches are expected over the area.
