North Central Grand County in north central Colorado for the western East Troublesome Burn Area... * Until 430 PM MDT. * At 120 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.2 and 0.4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.4 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the western East Troublesome Burn Area. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
