NOON MST SUNDAY...
* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Winds gusting as high as 70 mph
along US 285 and 40 mph elsewhere.
* WHERE...South Park.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to Noon MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Areas of blowing and drifting snow. Localized blizzard
conditions, mainly along US 285 northeast of Fairplay. Road
closures are possible.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Check for the latest road
conditions by calling 5 1 1 or visiting
www.cotrip.org. Consider
delaying travel or taking an alternate route to avoid the worst

AFTERNOON TO 5 AM MST SUNDAY...
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Total snow accumulations between 3
and 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 75 mph.
* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass, and Rocky Mountain National Park and the
Medicine Bow Range.
* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM MST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Widespread blowing snow
will limit visibility. Localized blizzard conditions over higher
exposed areas. Road closures are possible. Roads will become slick
and hazardous.
