At 320 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking showers producing wind gusts to 55 mph along a line extending from 7 miles west of Tie Siding to 6 miles southeast of Rand, or along a line extending from 18 miles south of Laramie to 76 miles northwest of Denver.
