...SNOWFALL CONTINUES IN THE HIGH COUNTRY, AND A BAND OF MODERATE TO
HEAVY SNOWFALL IS LIKELY OVER THE PALMER DIVIDE AND ELBERT AND
LINCOLN COUNTIES THIS MORNING...
.Snowfall will increase again this morning and continue through this
evening. In the mountains, persistent moderate snowfall will
continue to cause travel impacts, and brief periods of heavier
snowfall are possible during the day. A band of moderate to heavy
snowfall is likely over the Palmer Divide and adjacent plains of
Elbert and Lincoln Counties this morning, which would affect I-70
and I-25. Snowfall will decrease tonight.

inches.
* WHERE...Castle Rock, Limon, and Southern Lincoln County.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM MST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Roads will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on
slippery road conditions.
