North Central Grand County in north central Colorado... * Until 415 PM MDT. * At 240 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 0.3 inches of rain have fallen. * Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of North Central Grand County This includes the following streams and drainages... Trail Creek, Colorado River, Willow Creek, Gold Run and Soda Creek. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.30 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
