EVENING...
* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow ongoing. Additional snow
accumulations up to three inches, mainly east of Limon. Less than
an inch west of Limon. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...Limon, and Southern Lincoln County.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility, with the most severe conditions and local whiteouts
east of Limon and Hugo. Plan on slick and hazardous travel
conditions.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Slow down and use caution while traveling. The latest road
