Central Jackson County in north central Colorado... * Until 1245 PM MDT Monday. * The Jackson County Sheriff reported that high water levels remained over much of the lower elevations of Jackson county, due to excessive rainfall and snowmelt. Several rural roads have been washed out or have water running over them. Many culverts could not handle the amount of running water, and in some cases, a few structures were threatened by high water. Water levels were beginning to recede in most areas and will continue to slowly drop through Monday. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... low lying areas near streams around Walden, Lake John, Brownlee, Coalmont, Cowdrey and Rand. * Some streams and rivers that may experience flooding include...
