* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 10
inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...Rabbit Ears Pass.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 PM MST Wednesday. Heaviest
snowfall will be Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Roads will become slippery in spots, especially through
mountain passes. Use caution when traveling.
