* WHAT...For the first High Wind Warning, northwest winds 35 to 45
mph with gusts of 60 to 70 mph ongoing. For the second High Wind
Warning, northwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
expected.
* WHERE...Briggsdale, Fort Morgan, Limon, Sterling, Akron,
Julesburg, and Holyoke.
* WHEN...For the first High Wind Warning, until 9 PM MDT this
evening. For the second High Wind Warning, from 11 AM to 8 PM MDT
Wednesday. Winds will lull slightly overnight.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Strong winds will likely lead to rapid
fire growth of any new fires. Blowing dust will reduce visibility
to less than a quarter mile in places.
