with gusts up to 65 mph. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility
between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust ongoing.
* WHERE...Logan County, Phillips County, Sedgwick County and
Washington County Counties.
* WHEN...For the first High Wind Warning, until 8 PM MDT this
evening. For the second High Wind Warning, from 11 AM to 7 PM
Thursday. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, until 6 PM MDT this
evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Strong winds will likely lead to rapid
fire growth of any new fire. Blowing dust may reduce visibility at
times and create hazardous driving conditions.
