The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southern Larimer County in north central Colorado...
* Until 845 PM MDT.
* At 536 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are
possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Miller Fork, north fork of the
Big Thompson. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK
HIGHER GROUND NOW!
HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms
producing flash flooding.
SOURCE...Radar and Law Enforcement reporting dangerous
flooding.
IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK
