West Central Park County in central Colorado... * Until 645 PM MDT. * At 518 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have fallen. * Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... mainly rural areas of West Central Park County including the Weston Pass burn scar. This includes the following streams and drainages...
