Northeastern Grand County in north central Colorado...
* Until 415 PM MDT.
* At 112 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 0.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, gulches,
roads, and poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
mainly rural areas of Northeastern Grand County and the eastern
portion of the East Troublesome burn area.
This includes the following additional locations...
Columbine Lake, rising water in the Colorado River along River Rd
and Lower Stillwater Creek.
This includes the following streams and drainages...
Willow Creek, Onahu Creek, Trail Creek, Colorado River, Tonahutu
