.Winds will increase this morning, with Red Flag conditions
likely before noon. Over the northeast corner of Colorado, the
strength of the winds will be a little weaker, but some gusts to
25 mph will likely accompany the very low relative humidities
today. Over the western portion of the plains, closer to Denver
the weather conditions will be similar, but the fuels are
beginning to green up in response to the recent rain and snow.

Range Foothills. Temperatures will be cold, causing a possible flash
freeze on roads and very slick/hazardous travel conditions. The
