We recently experienced some time delivery issues with Verizon text messages. We are
working on a solution.
We would appreciate knowing if you have had problems with late product deliveries for
ALERT rain/water level alarms, F2P2 products, or EMWIN notifications. If so, please reply
to this email and note your Verizon number and any other service disruptions that you have
encountered.

As most of you already know, the technical difficulties described below have been
resolved. If anyone continues to have problems receiving F2P2

or text message, please let me know.
It has been an interesting yet uneventful flood season thus far. While severe weather has
threatened the region and brief heavy downpours have occurred, no rainfall rate alarms
have been generated this year by the ALERT System<https://alert5.udfcd.org/> that
actually involved rainfall. This is certainly unusual but is not expected to continue.
