* Until 700 PM MDT.
* At 601 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding.
Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
* Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing
poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring or is imminent.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Eastern Longmont, northeastern Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville,
Erie, Firestone, Frederick, Dacono and Mead.
Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
