and eastern Arapahoe Counties through 700 PM MDT...
At 610 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Deer Trail to 9 miles northwest of Ramah,
or along a line extending from 30 miles northwest of Limon to 34
miles northeast of Colorado Springs. Movement was south at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Minor
damage to outdoor objects is possible.

At 556 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles north of Kutch, or 20 miles southwest of Limon, moving west at
20 mph. Another strong thunderstorm was located about 10 miles south
of Hugo, also moving west at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

* At 1006 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding in the
Cameron Peak Burn Area. Between 0.2 and 0.5 inches of rain have
fallen earlier this evening.
* Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Masonville.
This includes the following additional locations...
Moondance Way, Stringtown Gulch, Big Bear, Lower Buckhorn on County
Road 27 above Masonville and Storm Mountain.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.1 to 0.3 inches are expected over
the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Heavy Rainfall will cause minor flooding of creeks and streams,
