* At 653 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, gulches,
roads, and poor drainage and low-lying areas.
* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Kinikinik, Rustic, Pingree Park, Chambers Lake, Red Feather Lakes
and Pennock Pass.

Rand, or along a line extending from 42 miles southwest of Laramie
to 68 miles east of Craig. Movement was east at 40 mph.
