miles east of Genoa, or 15 miles east of Limon, moving southeast at
20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Colorado, including the
following county, Lincoln.
* WHEN...Until 815 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 651 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between
1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
South Fork Republican River, Big Sandy Creek, Dugout Creek,
Sevenmile Creek, Lake Creek and Hell Creek.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Limon and Genoa.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause minor flooding of
small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland along creeks, and
other low lying areas.

At 429 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
capable of producing a landspout tornado along a line extending from
10 miles northwest of Peetz to 5 miles northeast of Midway, or along
a line extending from 18 miles southwest of Sidney to 9 miles
northwest of Akron. Movement was east at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Landspouts possible, wind gusts up to 50 mph, and half inch
hail.

IMPACT...Landspout tornadoes can damage mobile homes, roofs,
