Flood Warning Hydrology 101

Here is the second installment of trainings being offered by the National Hydrologic Warning Council. This is a well-presented summary of what engineers and hydrologists contribute to the flood prediction business. For technical people this is a good review of very basic hydrologic sciences and what to expect for the future practice of this art.
