Here is a good thing to remember when using post-event ALERT measurements. The data quality can be excellent but the cause in not always "cloud" based.

Kevin,
Much higher rain accumulation than surrounding stations.
This might be a situation of irrigation. It looks like each night at 11:00PM we see a large amount of rain at this site.
We don't trigger any alarms as the rates are not high enough intensity. Close to triggering the 1"/1hr alarm.
